Craig Anderson and Dezi did an amazing job. The beginning process by Craig was thorough and he explained everything to my satisfaction. Craig is polite, intelligent and kind. Never acted like we were bothering him. Always returns calls and messages. Dezi was amazing too. She is so nice and helpful. These two are a great example of how your supposed to be treated. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Veterans United and will refinance with you again. I will recommend VU to all my friends and family.
