Yes, they did a fantastic job overall. They were quick to answer my questions, very patient with me regarding document submission because of my lack of knowledge of how to download them and submit online. They were always courteous, spoke with a smile in their voices , very knowledgeable, spoke loudly when asked because of my hearing issues, and answered in laymen's terms that I could easily understand. Very good experience and really enjoyed working with the team assigned to work with me. Thanks everyone!!!

Devon is absolutely awesome. He stayed on top of rates and made sure that he called us as soon as things went down. He’s a man of his word and will be the only person we work with.
My only issue came with closing costs, the first time I bought through VU there were none. This time our closing costs were 8k.
Was very easy to work with and he went above and beyond to ensure I had a great closing.
