After 30 years in the hospitality industry, Don feels blessed to be a part of an organization like VU that cares about its customers and treats them like family. Don has a BA in Music and a minor in philosophy from Missouri state and has 5 kids with his beautiful wife of 30 years, Kimber. When not working, Don loves leading worship at church, doting on his grand daughter, Liberty, watching the OKC Thunder, STL Cardinals and KC Chiefs play, and running after his crazy Husky named Jedi.

Terrible experience from Eli, Don and Jacque. If they weren’t mistaking years of employment, they were asking for military documentation that after 1-2 weeks of leg work on my end, would turn out, was not even needed. On top of that, I work as a first responder. Consistently I would receive phone calls regarding security systems that I did NOT ask for. I would not be able to be on my phone and yet would receive phone calls regarding issues that could be conveyed in a text message.The only saving grace for Don was when after so many mistakes, Don relayed to me there was some kind of “glitch” which would have further slowed the process. He told me he may have to run my credit again which I was not okay with. Don told me he understood and was able to get the deal to work with the first credit check without running my credit again.
