We had discussed the issues involving the interest rate lock only being for 30 days, that was rectified with ensuring it's disclosed for future clients. We would have liked to know that a member of the team, who was working on our case, was no longer with the company. I understand that our emails to her were forwarded, but, we should have been advised. The title company stated they received the closure documents on 12/3 and were awaiting VU to go over for the final numbers for closing on the 10th. The 9th was cutting it close, this caused us to wire a larger amount of what the closing settlement was, just to ensure we would be able to close as scheduled. There is a time requirement for wired funds. If we didn't wire before 1pm the 9th, it wouldn't have gone in until the 3rd. That info was from our bank.
