Gerrit Hane earned his degree from Northwest Missouri State University where he played football for the Bearcats. He has a profound sense of gratitude to our service men and women and enjoys helping them to achieve their goal of home ownership. Gerrit and his wife, Lesley, have three wonderful sons. He spends most of his free time with his family enjoying sports, outdoors, BBQs and just being together.

I think that the people don’t understand the Alaskan lifestyle. Gerrit gave a great effort for us, but in the end we couldn’t seem to connect on what I needed to satisfy the underwriter. The underwriter was completely a caustic experience, there seemed to be no path to their logic. Gerrit seemed to be caught in middle of the madness. His job is a difficult one.
