I'm getting to this review later than I meant to, but it has afforded me the great pleasure of getting to live in my home for a few months and truly experience the gift of being a homeowner. Hana was absolutely instrumental in making this dream a reality! We are so appreciative of how simplified the process was, regardless of the natural disaster hiccups out of our control. Hana made sure we were connected with the right people every step of the way and took some massive weight off my shoulders with her preparedness. I always felt like Hana addressed my concerns promptly and with clarity. I was certainly nervous to feel like just another "number" applicant when going through the home buying process, but Hana made sure that was far from the case. I loved how personalized the whole experience felt.
