It was like Jason actually cared about how the process was going and how we were doing.
Where do I begin? Jason Lacy not only helped me with my loan but supported me through a really rough time with my family. During the search for a home, I had lost my job. He had maintained contact with me and assured me that we were going to do everything possible to make sure that we could still purchase the home of our dreams. He would check in on me, ask me about my family and relate to me through my tough times. He was not being a good loan officer to make a quick buck, who's being an awesome human!
Jason was great. Likable, helpful, compassionate, patient. Answered all the questions, and always with a great attitude.
