While very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, etc., I believe there's room for better/more timely communication between the loan coordinator & lendee. While I don't know all the "sausage-making" details of the coordination, I believe the team could have been more aggressive by contacting the 3rd party assigned VA appraiser directly to their cell number versus just wait. Instead, I'm the one who called / texted (aggressively) the appraiser multiple times to ensure things were moving.I will give kudos to the VU team for getting the CTC done though.IMO, hindsight is that the appraisal needs to be watched closer...When it is completed in the system, the coordinator should request an expected time it will be uploaded into the system from appraiser, then aggressively hold them accountable.
Very professional and knowledgeable. He made this so easy!
