Jimmie was a great guy who always answered the phone and gave me quick and honest answers about everything. He made the process that much easier.
He actually LISTENED to my situation and understood my issues and (knowing he couldn't make a promise to help) was able to actually get the ball rolling to refinance my mortgage, pay off some bills, and provide cash-in-hand for a collapsed sewer line repair. I was not looking for a hand-out, I just needed help with either/or and Jimmie was able to give me both!

Mr.Jimmie Draper was very helpful, professional and courteous, I tried to get a VA Loan with a local credit union lender and the loan officer told me, I didn’t qualify for a VA loan, once I did my pre approval with Veterans United, Jimmie stepped right in and was positive the whole way and made me feel at ease, thanks to the VU Team, I’m a 1st time homeowner, just in time for the holiday seasons.
