Tanner and Jody was great with my Internet deficiency and lack of confidence using it, including paper copies for me, one major concern was VU's Insurance division and the sense a completed signed policy was more important than what were my needs, and did the company recommendation meet my needs.

I did more with Matt then Jody. Matt was very responsive.
