With over 10 years of customer service experience and training, Joel Deiber is passionate about VA home loans. He recently purchased his first home in 2016. Prior to finding his home, Joel worked his way through school, after which he spent several years traveling across the United States as part of his career and for the enjoyment of it. Listening to people across the nation tell their unique stories is a fundamental part of our shared experience, which cements the foundation for his values and drive to help others. In his spare time he enjoys reading, writing, playing a variety of musical instruments, and spending time with family.

I had an incredibly smooth and easy home buying experience with Veterans United! Joel and his team were absolutely incredible! The people at Veterans United were extremely kind and helpful. They were also punctual and stayed on top of things. However, we genuinely feel misled in several ways. The loan officer set us up for failure in a couple of areas, and when I expressed frustration over the misunderstanding, he became very defensive and belittling.
