I'd consider anyone looking for someone who can navigate home financing and reach good outcomes, consider Josh and his team. They'll find the product that fits you in this market where sellers appear to avoid accepting offers with standard VA home loans.

Working with Josh and his team was wonderful. They were always there and willing to help with whatever situation that can up. I would advise any Veteran who is looking to buy to use them.

As a first time home buyer my review may be naive in the ways of home loans, and maybe I set my expectations too high. However, in my opinion the communication was awful. It felt like I had 50 people on my "team" which made it difficult to understand who to ask questions to. Team members would help me for a couple of days and then disappear. It seemed like the team didn't communicate with each other either because they kept asking me the same questions. I told my team I was interested in buy downs and that I wanted to know my options. I was never given those options. My rate was locked in without prior consent. When interest rates dropped no one reached out to me to ask if I'd like to lock in then or wait to see if they went lower. When I told my team that we decided to sell our previous home rather than rent it out they told me it was fine and that we'd have no issues. Only to find out later after our offer had been accepted that we needed to close on the home we were selling
before closing on the home we were buying. Which made things extremely stressful because we had already had an offer accepted on a new home and had to rush selling our home to try to get the closing dates to match. Again this my my first time getting a home loan. Our previous home my husband bought, and it was his loan. I hardly knew anything about the process and was heavily depending on my team for guidance. My team got me the loan, but did the bare minimum to do it. I expected a more personal experience with a team that actually looked out for me, but the only person on my team looking out for me was my realtor.
