Overall the experience was great. The only feedback I would give is to break down the difference between buying down points and the percentage points. A lot of confusion was believing buying down a point was equal to a percentage of the interest rate. Casey was communicative via email but a lot of the times I tried to call in she was unavailable, so I went to Josh with my questions.
