Kayla Smith logthogically orientated and guided me as she was able to plot the most beneficial and reasonable course. As she addressed unexpected problems that were caused not by United Veterans; but by the institutions that were required to collaborate with the Loan process. At the end it was United Veterans who coordinated and brought closure and overall sucess that put me into a home. And during the process made me feel welcome and a sense of trust ,that they were all in to the end. I thank Kayla Smith and the team of United Veterans as they continue to stay in touch.
