Kayla grew up in a small town in Northwest Missouri. She lives in mid-Missouri with her husband, Joey, and dog, Ozzy. She started her career with Veterans United as a Loan Specialist, later transitioning to Loan Officer. In her free time, she enjoys watching Kansas City Chiefs football and game nights with friends.

As she addressed unexpected problems that were caused not by United Veterans; but by the institutions that were required to collaborate with the Loan process.
