From the get-go Kevin and those on my assigned team at Veterans United had the support for my loan in order. Each step of the way was met with the most thorough detail and with great care.
It was made apparent to me that my best was most definitely expressed as a priority to this very organized team. The level of anticipation for my homebuying needs/requirements was absolutely impressive as well. Questions I didn't even know I would have were answered before I could even think to ask them! I have never felt so supported and represented for the right reasons in a business transaction like this before; never felt so much trust in an entity I knew so very little about. I worked directly with Kevin the most and he made this possible through staying so available. If it wasn't Kevin, it was those on his team, like Lindsay or Parker, who only further supported making this experience so rewarding. I have purchased several homes in my lifetime; I remember very little about those involved. It would be very difficult to forget Veterans United due to the experience I have had with these wonderful people. Kevin made himself available for every inquiry and his delivery was always professional, punctual and pleasant only further reassuring me that myself and my future investment was in very capable hands. Kevin and the team not only met my expectations, but they far exceeded them.
