Great guy understanding and on top of things
They made my first time home buying experience stress free, always available for questions and concerns. The team was very knowledgeable and honest. I sincerely appreciate the service and enthusiasm.
Lance was so incredibly eager to answer any and every question I had. Even some I hadn’t even thought of yet! Very knowledgeable person and didn’t let me down in the slightest. Brenda as well was beyond helpful with the million questions I had about closing and ensured that process was as smooth as possible. I wasn’t sure that id be walking away with keys to a new home but Brenda, Lance, and the rest of the team made what I thought to be the impossible- come true. I couldn’t be more thankful.
Only not a 10 because knowing who to go to for what (which job title handles which questions) was a little confusing because I'm a first time home buyer and didn't know escrow from my big toe and which one wears a sock and which one --- wait, who is Escrow again? Just kidding (now), thanks to the patience and education from the fantastic VU team. But if I didn't ask, I wouldn't have known and, as a Vet and a VA employee, I know the customers we serve really like to find the info themselves, dress right dress and easy to find. Maybe a data dictionary or on our account home screens, next to everyone's name, the bits of home buying they handle for us in layman's terms, but still lots of detail. 🤣
Just a thought!
