Lance Nilson was born in Columbia, Missouri. He hails from Harrisburg, Missouri where most of his family still lives. During his childhood, Lance filled his time with many activities such as hunting, fishing and working in his family's peach orchard. Lance attributes his work ethic and overall positive outlook on life to his small town beginnings and Godly upbringing. Attending college at the University of Missouri, Lance was hired right out of college and has acquired experience in managing multi-million dollar businesses. Today, some of Lance's biggest passions include mountain climbing, hunting, and spending time with his dog, Raja.

Lance was the absolute best! Truly God sent. He was always available for any questions or concerns I had, and whenever I faced roadblocks, he quickly came up with solutions that ultimately helped me become a homeowner. Even after closing, he continued to reach out to make sure I was comfortable with the process and didn’t have any lingering questions. His dedication, support, and genuine care set him apart. He’s literally the best!

Absolutely I want to give a shout-out to the team! I just hope it doesn’t have to stay private because I’d recommend this team to anyone! 10/10, 5 stars, they give nothing less than 110%. Outstanding, awesome, trusting, all of those words barely break the surface of Lance and his team. I want to thank each and every one of the staff that were able to land me and my family into our home.
