Outside of helping service members get into homes, you can find her spending time with family and friends, cooking, doing yoga, and hanging out with her Pomeranian pooch, Winnie!

Lily and team were very knowledgable, patient and helpful by answering questions and explaining the fees and options (e.g. buy down). When the title search fees came in much higher than estimated, she helped to get those fees significantly reduced.

Lily was responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. If there was ever an issue, she worked through things with us. We had issues at times with the connection through the third-party banking app and she remedied the situation quickly.
