Mary grew up in St. Louis, Missouri surrounded by her big family made up of many military Veterans and active duty service members. Most of Mary's role models in life are Veterans: Departed Great Grandpa Julius (World War I), Departed Grandpa Ralph (World War II), Grandpa Phil (Korean War), Uncle Tom & Jim (Vietnam War), Cousin Donn (Kosovo), Uncle Eric (USS Buffalo) and Cousin Tony & Mike (USAF).
Growing up with a strong respect and pride for all of the United States Armed Forces, Mary knew she wanted a career supporting those who have served our country. Mary is very passionate about being a Loan Officer and having the chance to help Veterans get into new homes every day.
When she isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her big family, road tripping around this great country with her fiancé, hiking State and National Parks, going to concerts, watching Blues hockey, Cardinal baseball, and STL City SC, and, most importantly, listening to Taylor Swift!

Mary was an absolute joy to work with. Mary and Kayla created the best home loan experience I have ever had. They guided me through the process, kept me on schedule and answered my questions ensuring I achieved my goal of home ownership. You Guys ROCK!!!
As first time home-buyers… Halie, Mary, and Sarah made the process super smooth and answered ALL of our many questions! Thank you guys so much!
My whole loan team was amazing!!!!!
This is our second time working with Mary Dischert and Courtney Gully on a home purchase and their hard work was incredible getting us to a "yes" answer with the complex set of circumstances we had. At every step of the process they were 100% responsive and committed to helping making things work. There was no doubt in my mind when we found the property we were after, the next call was to Mary! We simply can't say thanks enough!
Mary has been absolutely amazing! She quite frankly, deserves a massive raise and a few extra vacation days! I found myself overwhelmed at the process of purchasing a home due to my pain levels and military disability. I thought it was impossible; however Mary made it possible and I am so grateful! I had thousands of questions and despite my house purchase falling on two major holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas) she was ALWAYS there for me. I had to move very quickly and needed a lot of help. That help was always provided with knowledge, patience, and kindness. Every single time! She truly went above and beyond everyday! I lack the correct words to convey how incredible and uplifting Mary has been! Thank you Mary!!!
I would really like to thank my team for helping me throughout the process of buying a home. They have really been helpful with questions I had throughout the process. Mary was very polite and reached out to inform me on any concerns or questions she had
Let me tell you something about Mary & her Team...The are absolutely awesome! Her AND Kayla stuck it out with me, as I was going thru some financial issues at the time.
They worked with me, without hesitation. I truly appreciate them, for hanging in there with me, as I got things in order.
I finally closed on my property the day before Thanksgiving!
It was truly a blessed day!
If it was not for Mary's hard work, derermation, and knowledge I would've left V.U. for a different company. She is very polite and responds quickly. I am happy she is my loan officer for many years to come!
