Mason was one of the reasons why I decided to buy a house. While I was just shopping around to see if I would qualify for a VA loan, I was denied by other big institutions except for Mr. Maddox, who gave me hope and a renewed belief that my dream could become a reality. Mason Maddox was very professional at all times, keeping me aware of everything that was happening. If I had any questions he was always available and able to answer them. He made the loan process very easy to understand and was very knowledgeable with the things I had questions about. Mason further went out of his way to make sure I got the best available loan at the lowest possible rate. I really enjoyed working with him and his team and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The whole VU team did great again! This is our second home purchase with VU and we plan to use them in the future when we buy again.
