It was overall positive. We are first time home buyers and are an active duty military family. My wish was that the best rates to save us money would have been pursued from the beginning. VU is going to make a lot of money regardless. I just didn't like to proactive pursuits to help us out. Matt was great and transparent throughout and made himself available to answer any questions I had. I'd work with him again.
