She was wonderful. I had tons of questions as a first time homebuyer coming from overseas. She was very accomadating to my family's situation and patient with our understanding. I would work with her again.

The whole home buying experience felt like I was calling a call center. I could only get in contact with Nikki when it was convenient to her. She even gave me her personal phone number so I can reach her after work hours. Not one time was I able to reach her on either her work or personal phone. I called the VU main number to be referred to a different loan officer a total of three times, each time my request was rejected. I expressed that I was on a different time zone, and the company failed me.

They did an awsome job and were very polite, helpful, and informative on the process.
