I trust Patrick because i feel like he has a great sense of what's going on in the market and how to handle the entirety of my loan process. He is very personable, amiable, accommodating and communicable.The only thing I would change in the future is: On one of the forms is the question regarding recently established credit accounts. Please, if possible, petition or update it to state a given time-limit so that the individual filling it out doesn't believe something akin to "...well it's reporting to the agency, so they must not be talking about this but accounts that have not reported yet." A time limit like, "In the past 90-days..." or something like that. I hate filling out paperwork so when i do I want it to be totally crunched, worked through and complete.Other than that this was a great process. My thanks to the entire team!
