Even when we had a small issue he was informative and explained everything in a way I could understand. Also he was always letting me know what to expect next. That alone helped keep me at ease.

My biggest problem was the link I was given to change our address. Just to let you know, it didn’t work. We are still not getting mail forwarded and I submitted another change THROUGH USPS and have received many acknowledgements of that change,. Your list of utility companies was way wrong also. Other than that. This was a very smooth transition and I appreciate Everything going off as planned.
