Ryan was transparent and helpful throughout the entire process. In the past this was a really difficult process and no one really there to support. This time around, not only was it easy I found a house quickly and closed 4.5 weeks later. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. Big shoutout to Ryan!
Ryan was great and very helpful through the whole process, even on weekends when I had questions!
If I could rate higher than a 10, I'd give them no less than a 15. Ryan and Conner both were incredible. They answered any and all questions I had with breakdowns and more or less mapping everything out. This was my first homebuying experience. And I learned so much, and it's all thanks to these two. The care and dedication that these two provided is unmatched. There was even a point where I was getting discouraged that everything would go through, but they kept me in the game and at the end of it all, it was a success. Thanks to them and my realtor, I have officially purchaed my first home.
So many changes and issues and the whole team rolled with the punches and made the process super easy!
Ryan was amazing. He made everything run smooth. He was very professional and told me everything I needed to do.
Super helpful and great at explaining things
Ryan was fantastic to work with! My home purchase kept getting delay after delay for one reason or another which was not an ideal situation to be in. Especially after getting a call a mile away from the title office to inform me that we would no longer be closing at the anticipated time. Having heard this after driving over 3000 miles across the country left me with a sour mood but Ryan and his team were very communicative and apologetic over the whole situation. To be honest, if Ryan, Ashley (my real estate agent), and the rest of the team at VU hadn't been as communicative and considerate of my situation I would have probably walked away from the deal at that moment due to how much I had to sacrifice just to get myself and my family to the closing after many other delays. This was a difficult transaction for a variety of reason but I can't thank VU, Ryan, Ashley, and the rest of the team enough for their help during this process!
My team was extremely helpful and consistent throughout the entire process. They did a fantastic job with steady communication and explaining everything that I was unfamiliar with as a new home buyer!
