We appreciate what the team was able to do with our home buying process.

I began this journey 2 and 1 half years ago with Taylor. At that time I could not find the right home for me and my family. I was introduced to my team and they have veen and still is with me. I cannot say enough about my team. I felt at ease when speaking with every team member.

Everyone helped me throughout the process even though I was the easiest person to contact. I was constantly out of the country with minimal phone service but they stayed patient and helped me the best they could. I don’t think I could’ve done this without their help.

This was a much easier experience than I was expecting and I’m sure it was all due to the hard work of the team. I’m sure I will still have questions in the coming weeks and look forward to staying in contact with the team for a bit.

They are a great team.

I liked Taylor, when I was able to communicate with him. He seemed to have a good attitude about making things happen. He had a “we will get it done” kind of attitude.
That was nice, as it was much different than other lenders I called or dealt with.
I did not get the rate that was promised, on more than one occasion, even though rates even dropped while loan was being processed.
Had to pay substantial discount to get the rate.
Overall, I am thankful for Taylor, but would just add his communication during process could be much much better.
My calls, texts and emails were often not responded to at all.
