The team was great! We had to work through a lot of unexpected issues at the last minute. My team was there for me at every turn!

My ONLY concern would be the constant request for item already submitted. Not accepting screen shots for some items and not for others is counterproductive

I'd give it a ten overall if it hadn't aged me so bad during the process (grin). Very good process, excellent follow-up. Minor bumps made smooth by the team whenever they occurred and overall a great experience.Definitely would recommend to a friend.
