Zach and his wife, Katelynn, have been married for just under a year now. They have the best two dogs, Bodie and Otis. Zach enjoys spending time with his family as well as doing anything outdoors. Initial conversation covered hard budget lines and closing costs. Budget was not met and prices adjusted negatively for myself as the buyer. Information could have been more clear concerning costs.
Zach and his team were awesome. They communicated great and kept me informed on the process and documents needed as the request progressed. Zach showed he knows how to get things done and have fun doing it. My wife and I were excited to get through everything and make the home ours. Zach and his team made that happen.
