Veterans United was literally our knight in shining armor. We were a week away from closing on a property when they checked in on us. We found a lender that seemed impossible to beat so I never checked in with united because on a past property I liked the numbers with the other lender. Well… when they reached out we decided to give them all the info the property we were closing on and wow did they amaze my husband and I. They beat the closing cost- the rate- they did it fast and we still closed on our closing date even though we switched a week before! They answered all of our questions fast and thoroughly. They genuinely care and I’m glad we got to close with them.
Jimmy and his team made the entire process very easy to get through. Their hard work made it very simple to sign the final contract at the title company. I would highly recommend their service to any veteran wanting to purchase a new home.

Nico Codemo asked for documents last minute even though I had a long lead time to my closing so I had to push my closing time a few hours. Not a big deal but I didn’t appreciate having to do things last minute given we had so much lead time.
This was probably the easiest mortgage process I have been through thanks to my mortgage team. I never had to worry about anything during the process. The App and online services were easy to use, and I heard from my team often with updates on the loan process.
Overall the whole team was amazing and understanding, even though I was deployed with connectivity issues, we were able to finalize everything I needed to close on my new home! Thank you Veterans United Team!
