We feel that any time we called kody with questions or Ryan Sherman we felt so comfortable and at ease talking to them they always were helpful answered any questions we would ask, I did ask a lot of questions. They always called ,or text back saying they would call soon , and explain what we needed to send back to them in a timely fashion, they were always very prompt and always very polite. We also always felt Veterans United customer service was a pleasure talking to them very helpful always very up beat, also want to to mention Robert, Kody's assistant the first person we spoke to, he was great to work with also.

I am impressed how easy and uneventful the whole home buying process was with the assistance of everyone at VU. If the the employees at VU represent the average citizen, then Columbia, MO must be a very nice place to live. Loan officer Caleb Batson and transaction coordinator Samantha Boman were there for us every step of the way. Samantha is the type of person you want answering the phone when you call customer service at any company. She would answer emails as quickly as a text message and provide multiple solutions to any of our questions. She would also thank us for reaching out! Caleb and Samantha encouraged and motivated us the entire way.
