I enjoyed the journey I had with everyone, I learned a lot & was not led astray, everybody lend a helping hand & I was able to provide a house for my family due to the help from the team, I highly recommend veterans united to everyone!

We were given a list of businesses and loan officers that our home builder liked to deal with. Veterans United was on the bottom of the list, and two loan officers' names were listed. We knew right then that we had to go to Veterans United for our home loan.
From David Kirby to Amy Franklin and everyone else in between who assisted with my deal I can’t show enough appreciation for all they did. I truly had the A-team on this one and am forever grateful.
I received a gift box from VU that had dog toys and treats for my pups. It was a warm welcoming surprise during the stressful last couple days of closing. I do not want to sound harsh or ungrateful (I am extremely grateful for the help in buying my first house) I feel some communication could have in a more timely manner. Most communication with Rachel would come around 6pm. Most emails I received I followed up right away and received an out of office reply. I feel if certain tasks or issues that arise were brought up before 6pm they could have been addressed and fixed that same day.

I was concerned at first that this large company would not have the small buisness feel to it, and that I would just be another number. That turned out to not be the case at all. They stayed in touch with me constantly, and walked me through everything I needed in order to buy my first house. They are very serious about their care for Veterans, and did everything they could to get me into a home I love. Their app is easy to use and follow along. It shows everything that is needed to be done and reminds you as it goes. I highly recommend using them for home buying.
