Aidan and his team were outstanding! I have talked to two people who at the same time as me were using local VA lenders and both of them had complaints about timeliness and waiting on responses. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and am very thankful for the hard work that Aidan and Kimberly put in to get my family and myself in our new house. 11/10.

Deena, while a fine person, needs to work on her communication with the inter-office team and the fine nuances of her job and what it entails. For instance, I asked her to send me the Gift Letter in Docusign format. She told me she couldn't do that. I opened up the app and there it was already in Docusign format. That's just one for instance. There are several of those.
I chose Veterans United from the internet not even knowing If they were legit or not, best gut feeling I have made in a while. From the moment I hit submit this process took so much relief from me. Every team member that contacted me was so nice and informative. Any questions or concerns I had was answered in a timely manner. Thank you Veterans United for fulfilling my dream.
