I knew my credit wasn’t in the greatest position when I connected with VU, instead of giving me a no, you don’t qualify, we setup a game plan to get me there. We did monthly check-ins and when it was time they said let’s pull the trigger. Once the process was started they worked smoothly and efficiently.
Listen to me when I say, I have purchased a few homes, and this by far has been the easiest and most rewarding to me. I had a few false starts and let downs when I didn’t get the house i thought was it, and Daniel H. Kept me positive and happy with his encouragement and kind words…even in his personal time, he still checked in to make sure I was okay and still getting what I needed….if any loan team should be recognized, it most definitely should be mine and I nominate them 1000 percent….i love all of you guys and am blessed to have had the most amazing experience and team!You will see me again soon!!!
