This is the second home we purchased through Veterans United. We came back to them after our first home purchase because it was so seamless. This time was a bit more work, but not because of VU. Mortgage requirements change so this purchase required more documentation. They were there for us and helped us through it all. Doug was great and explained everything well. Jeff was also very helpful and kept us informed at each stage of the process. Jenny, the concierge, called and checked on us throughout the process and regularly asked if she could help with anything. We will certainly be back if ever we purchase again. This is my first time ever having to deal with so much of things that needed to be taken care of. normally veterans took care of it, and the loan officer, whoever it was always took care of the necessary paperwork, and chased after the things that needed to get done all in all working with Veterans United.
