Overall great experience with veterans united, my wife and I are pleased with how quick and smooth things went. The only negative thing was dealing with our loan officer Adam Underwood, but the rest of the team was outstanding.

I do not know who this would fall under, but the cash to close information I was provided was incorrect. I had to call and verify the correct information while standing in line at the bank. For awareness, I was originally told by Marlon to gain a Cashier's Check. My Realtor, Corey, did not provide me any information about closing. When I called to verify who I had to make payable, I was told they do not accept Cashiers Check and only wires. This took an additional two hours at the bank for which I had not planned. An inconvenience, but not the end of the world.
