The thing that I admired the most about Veterans United was these ease of getting and completing paperwork.The majority of what needed to be documented was done before closing. Our part of the paperwork for closing took ten minutes as the buyer. The seller, on the hand, took twenty to thirty minutes to do their closing paperwork.

Over the 7 month process of purchasing my home almost everything that could go wrong did go wrong during the renovation and it was an extremely depressing and devastating time spiritually emotionally and physically. The team at Veterans United was the bright spot in the whole process. They listened they understood and they took action to help at every Point possible to make their side of the process Pleasant.
The little things to close on the house to me was very small and to me meaningless such as for me to paint a window to close. Other than that being a very small negative the communication was great! Being able to speak with Katie and Jacob whenever I had a question was a relief. They always kept me up to date on what I needed to get done and what was next for the closing process.
