Cliff was also super amazing. Though I ended up doing it myself, he made sure to get a bunch of quotes and even made sure to put equipment breakdown. He also helped explain to Audrey about the insurance to keep things smoothly.The only issue I ran into with Veterans United was Audrey. Several steps throughout the process she was belittling and not listening. When I told her Nationwide needed a week to quote she made Cliff call me and at the end he said I knew what I was doing and had to re-explain the whole thing to her (when I already did). We had about 3 weeks before closing so it was super frustrating. I literally am an underwriter for insurance and tried to explain that to her. There were other points (like asking if there was anything else needed) where I felt the communication was lacking or that I was being belittled. I don't know if we just didn't mesh or something but I always felt like when I didn't give the answer she wanted it was matched with an attitude (or being belittled) where everyone else felt like they were super friendly and happy to help me.



The process of everything was very easy and simple to understand and had the best interest of us in mind.


Seeing that we purchased our dream home this time, we hope to never buy again, but if we do for any reason, we will reach out to Phil again.

Everything was amazing! Would 100% use Veterans United again!


These are challenging times for lots of reasons but Ryan and all others on the team hung in and had my back all way, kudos to them all and especially to Ryan!

The process of buying a home was at first a scary moment because we didn't know what was to be happening in the future. And what to expect from us.
