I had already started dialog with a different lender a few months prior but felt cold feet and the process felt complicated. Althought the team was great, the relators were awful. We worked with two realtors assigned to us by VU and we were not at all happy with how they handles anything. The first seemed very confused at the simplest questions, and the second didn't seem to have anything under control and was always slow and behind the aggressive realotor we needed.We would recomend anyone that uses VU to find their own realtor.

My unfiltered review wouldn't be shared with the world. Richmond and Sarah were on top of everything thrown at them. They fought every day for me. I definitely feel like we were at war in this process and they stood by my side and even tried to jump in front of a few of the bullets that were thrown our way! I had a great team throughout the process. We as a team only had issues with one single department, however the two of them got it done for me! On behalf of my family and myself, I would like to thank Sarah and Richmond for giving my family our very first home!
