Working with Bryan has been a phenomenal experience. He was very attentive. He took time to listen to my concerns and then took as much time as needed to answer questions to my satisfaction and/or give me the clarity I needed to make informed decisions. My attempts to contact Bryan were successful. If I left a voice message he would return my call expediently. The same can be said about sending him an email or a text message. He is very responsive. This being our first home ever (yes, at our age...), we did not know what to do or expect. We were guided by you all every step of the way. Our concierge (Casie) got us connected and on track for this process. She also hooked us up with our realtor. Tyler (our loan officer) got involved immediately and worked on our preapproval. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true.
