Benjamin Rutledge and his team always do great. This is the second time I have used Veterans United and if I decide to buy again, I would use Veterans United again, after the two experiences that I have had. Buying a home is very stressful and Benjamin Rutledge and his team help take the stress away with answering all questions during the process.

Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. He helped us overcome obstacles which could have destroyed our dream from becoming a reality.
