It was shameful, the hoops they made us jump through and the frustration trying to get a home for my father to enjoy before he dies. And, STILL, as we were driving to close on the house, ANOTHER problem. We were worried until the very end.
Stay away unless you can handle mountains of stress!
Shawn Workman and his team were the best! He was there to answer any question I had.The underwriters on the other hand. Why ask me to explain something, then ask for proof of the explanation? Just ask for the proof to begin with. And you would expect an underwriter for a VA home loan to know what documents are available on va.gov.

Miles and Nicole did an outstanding job. They both communicated well and were very helpful throughout the entire loan process. Miles would answer questions whenever I asked and was extremely reliable. Nicole was very efficient and kept us all on track with updates and requests for docs.

We just recently bought a house in Va, Austin and his team did a great job with helping us on every step in our process, Austin gave us a lot of good advice on our buying process and even gave us pros and cons before we actually put an offer in, he didn’t even just let us jump-in to something that will not be beneficial for us.
