This being our first home ever (yes, at our age...), we did not know what to do or expect. We were guided by you all every step of the way. Our concierge (Casie) got us connected and on track for this process. She also hooked us up with our realtor. Tyler (our loan officer) got involved immediately and worked on our preapproval. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. He helped us overcome obstacles which could have destroyed our dream from becoming a reality. We will never forget him or his team!We tell you all this so you can get an idea from the buyers/our perspective. my loan officers were okay but this whole process was extremely difficult. the company itself is what i have a problem with. I hear yall will just sell my loan to another company anyway.

I’m sorry to hear the process felt so difficult and left you with a negative impression of the company overall. Buying or refinancing a home should feel straightforward and supported, and I understand how frustrating it is when the experience feels more stressful than expected.
I’m glad to hear your loan officers were okay to work with, but I also understand your concerns about loan servicing. In some cases, loans may be transferred to another servicer after closing, but that doesn’t change the support available to you.
