Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. When I started the process to by my home I was nervous! I was especially nervous about financing. Scott was the first person I talked too. First thing he said was you can do this! Everything on Veterans United's end was spectacular. Scott kept in constant contact with me. When he wasn't available his supervisor Mason stepped in. When things got rocky with my city's point of sale inspection they never abandoned me. Scott listened to me vent and always reminded me that it would work out. I would have done this a long time ago if I knew this team was there. My situation was different since I was coming from a lease to own, but they took that in stride and now we have our home. I can't say enough great about Scott and Mason and all the people I worked with at Veterans United.
They really went out of their way to make it easy and the least amount of stress possible.
