Both of you deserve a 10 for your continued efforts fighting for the Veteran to have a place to live. Josh went over and beyond with helping and assisting me and should be in favor of a promotion. Matthew the same very professional and should be rewarded for your services to disabled Veterans. Josh and Matthew both need a raise a paid vacation and a promotion! I can’t say enough about Josh because we need more people like him. Years ago I was homeless living in a hotel. Josh was working back then to get me qualified. Time goes by my situation gets even worse but Josh stayed in contact and never stopped fighting. It had really gotten down bad for me at one point I had all ready given up and was tired of living. Then one day Josh called me and said let’s get you off the street and into a house.

Brock was very patient with my many question. He explained the different points and interest rates and how those affected my long term mortgage payments. We came up with the best plan of financing that fits my needs right now. The team also was very proactively in staying in contact with myself and my realtor. Everything processed smoothly even with a closing on one day to the wire transfer funding the next day. They did outstanding work and I will definitely use them again.
