We submitted the application online and within 30 minutes we had received our first call back with an introduction and steps with what will happen next. It was that way throughout the entire process. Great lending and home-buying process. The VU app puts all the information at your fingertips real-time. E-docs make the process quick and the concierge services make transitioning to a new home/area less stressful. A wealth of information about the loan process, credit and finances are available to keep the borrower well-informed. Overall a great learning experience with my lending team.
While the homebuying process is stressful at times: coming off a shift to find more that I have to submit, write, justify, etc... The team I had was prompt and friendly when helping me understand what they needed from me.
