Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. Jackson and his team were amazing throughout the complete process. From day one, Jackson explained everything in detail and set the expectations. He would reach out and update me during the process and he was easily reachable for any questions or concerns. Phoebe reached out day one as well and went over the resources available and stayed in contact with me and repeatedly checked in with me to make sure I didn't need any additional resources or support. Amanda made sure to quickly update me if there were any additional paperwork I needed to submit. It was a pleasure to have them assist me during the homebuying process.
