VU was great at being a one stop shop for all things associated with buying a home using the VA loan. They covered everything from the loan itself, introducing us to a realtor, and took a lot of the stress of moving away.
There was too much back and forth. Everytime I thought I had sent in everything, I was asked to send something else. I also called several times and couldn't reach the person I was calling.

My wife and I would like to convey (we learned that word from our real estate dealings, lol) our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of the Veteran's United Team!!!Our journey began with Smith Gaddy on May 23rd. This being our first home ever (yes, at our age...), we did not know what to do or expect. We were guided by you all every step of the way. Our concierge (Casie) got us connected and on track for this process. She also hooked us up with our realtor. Tyler (our loan officer) got involved immediately and worked on our preapproval. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing.
