This is my 3rd home purchase through VU and each time I have been more than satisfied.

The process went smooth with the exception of one thing which was the house being appraised under value but Nick and Tammy were quick on there feet and suggested a ROV (reconsideration of value) which worked in my favor and afterwards we were able to proceed with closing right away with no issues. Shelby was sweet and would always check up seeing if I needed anything for the move and Nick was very responsive, Tammy was knowledgeable with my questions for things I didn’t understand with the loan as well as Nick even after asking the same question probably 20times he would always just answer it again.
