Any veteran should use these guys super easy process and for a first time home buyer was just a amazing experience they have you the veteran as their priority
I really have nothing but good things to say, if there were a list of teams on like a power ranking scale, or those tier lists like the kids these days do, they’d be amazing… S Tier… you name it. No team could have been better!
There r a couple slow downs or miscommunications maybe a once a week huddle over accounts that r shared would be helpful. I called or emailed a couple times and there was a little bit of confusion as to who was doing what or who would get back to me. The videos of instruction and about the process and next steps r superb. No other institution is doing that or shares that information. I felt like I actually was apart of the team and had a roll to play.
Was a great experience and would use again .
My home buying experience was the best ever.The team did excemptleray work at all levels. Veterans should only be calling Veterans United!
