Randy and Abby are the best people to work with financing a home. They listen to help out 24 seven the best service I’ve ever received.
This was my first time buying a home. I didn't know how the whole process would go or what I needed to do. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole time. Anything that I needed help with they were there to get me through it. Thank you to everyone that helped me buying my first home!!
Predatory practices. Will tell you and your Realtor that are you included in a discount program to get your business, a week before closing they will tell you, that you are not eligible for the discount causing you to pay thousands more.I will be taking legal action for breach of verbal contract!

Matt and melissa were really helpful understanding the process and being on top of every step
Buying a home is a lot of work with a lot of emotions, but the overall experience with VU was good and the process was expedient.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE PANAINI PRESS!!
Everything was smooth
Thank you all for making this process extremely painless and easy for my family!
The experience with Veterans United has been a great privilege to me in the purchase of my new home. I am very proud to be affiliated with such a wonderful organization, whom I can now call as my new extended family and home-buying friends. Thank you all again Team, for your exceptional service and unwavering support.
Nolan and Nate were both great! Very smooth process and was helpful with a few documents that was difficult to get. Definitely recommend and I would work with them both again.
They made it easy and answered every single question I had no matter how many I had
Veteran's United (VU) was highly recommended when I told my fellow Veteran friends is was looking for a good lender who knew the in/out regarding VA benefits for home buying. VU didn't let me down and their staff was very knowledgeable.
Unfortunately this was the worst experience we've had with the underwriting process. There were multiple instances where things were asked of us that either were unrelated to the purchase of this home or things that our realtor/inspector had never heard of. For example, we needed to provide documentation on a home we no longer own, different documents for our inspection etc. It just felt like there was always a hang up or additional/unnecessary steps. overall, our loan officer Alea was great but it was not a good experience working with this company.
Response from Veterans United
Thank you for your feedback Melanie. Our apologies if the reason for each item requested wasn't thoroughly explained to you. We definitely only ask for items needed to clear underwriting conditions, but occasionally we overlook the importance of explaining the "why" behind an item. If you do have any unanswered questions regarding your recent financing, a member of our Client Advocate Management Team will be happy to assist you with those.
At 53 the dream of owning a home in my mind was just that a dream that would probably never happen however Brad and his team made this dream a reality. He had more faith in the process then I did and supported this journey to owning a house when I had doubts. I couldn’t have imagined that this would happen without him. Now I have my own part of the American dream.
Everything was exceptional
I am so glad I went with Veterans United (VU) instead of xxxx. VU made the whole process simple, friendly, and timely.
