Very happy to have the opportunity to use Veterans United. I highly recommend them and hope to use them again in a few years for my retirement home.

Honestly I couldn’t speak more highly of the entire team. Really felt looked after and I would recommend them to any vets looking to purchase a home

Great service. Thank you

I can only repeat what I have already said. GREAT JOB TEAM!!!!!!

Honestly VU definitely helped me and my wife a lot… my loan officer from a scary/ second guessing first time home buyer to exactly what I want
Overall great learning experience. Awesome group to work with across the board

Connor and his team were professional, got everything sone quickly, were great with communication. We would work with them again, and recommend them.

Nick and his team were absolutely wonderful! Responsive, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly they really cared about what was most important to us!!! Thank you alllll!!!! We are so grateful for your hard work and support!!!!

Veterans United was amazing, they helped me every step of the way. They made my home buying experience easy and enjoyable

The entire team: Brian, Josh, and Jacinda, were all incredibly professional and pleasant to work with. I did not expect my first time applying for a VA home loan and purchasing a house to be anywhere near as easy as my team made it; especially considering I was overseas and eight hours ahead at the time. My team took all that in stride and made it happen!

It felt awesome to work with such an outstanding team at Veterans United..

They team really did their best to close on time despite the Thanksgiving holiday!

The main thing I would change is less cooks in the kitchen

I would like to honestly say that my experience was terrible for my first time buying a home. I did not feel like my loan officer was on my side at all. Communication was minimal at first until we first started. Then once we started found our home then the numbers started coming in. Everything looked good. And during each step the numbers started going up across the board. This happened until the very end. It seems like I was being milked for every last drop. Then when confronting about the numbers it was made so confusing that even Matt(Loan Shark) had a hard time deciphering it for us. In the end it was the house we wanted and it was too late in the game to change and I’m sure they understood that as well. All in all we got our house and God will provide as he always has. But I highly recommend trying to get another loan team and make veterans you last choice. Even our realtor said that he would not recommend them. Your realtor will probably have better choices since they seam to be more on your team. The next house I purchase, veterans united will not get any of my money or stress from it. So glad this is over.
Response from Veterans United
First off, I’m really sorry to hear that your first homebuying experience was so stressful. Buying a home should be an exciting milestone, and it’s disappointing to know that we added frustration instead of making the process easier for you. I want you to know that your experience is not the kind of service we strive to provide, and I’m truly sorry we fell short.
It sounds like there were some significant concerns with communication and transparency about your loan, which made things feel overwhelming and confusing—that’s not how we want anyone to feel during such an important moment. Thank you, Jason, for taking a call from Sarah with our Client Advocate team to relay your feedback about your home buying experience. Our team continuously strives to improve and cannot do so without candid communication. Your Loan Officer, Matt, and our whole team will continue to be available to you should any other issues arise.
Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to help you buy your home. I hope you’re enjoying your new home now that the process is behind you.
