My whole team has been great even through the delays by the seller. I would recommend Veterans United to any veterans looking to use their VA loan to buy a house.

It was not a good experience. Everything was late and constantly sending more and more online forms. When you call them you will not reach them. You have to wait for them to call you and many times are realtor would have to hunt them down.

Absolutely, the experience with Jen was above and beyond!! Never had a second thought about reaching out to Jen with questions, help filling out the To do list or anything else that came up I was not sure of. Her prompt response, via calling, email or text was such a comfort knowing I could always count on her!! Everyone from Veterans United gets 10!! Also checked in with me to see if I needed help with anything!!

My loan officer, Dustin Johnson, and his team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout every step. They always kept me informed, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I understood everything that was happening.Their professionalism and genuine care turned what could have been a nerve-wracking process into something I actually enjoyed. The only downside to closing on my house is that I won’t get to work with Dustin and his team on a daily basis anymore. I truly can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy a home—they made my dream of homeownership a reality, and I’m so grateful for their support.
2nd and last time using veterans united. Horrible experience. Closed late, terrible communication. The only person competent on the team was Ashley. If she was our loan officer we absolutely would have closed on time. She stepped in and got our home across the finish line. She’s great.
