The only downside to closing on my house is that I won’t get to work with Dustin and his team on a daily basis anymore. Cam and I had an instant connection. Having the same nickname was the first thing we laughed about, and we would share many laughs over the next 8 months. My work schedule is difficult as I work 12 hour shifts, on a 6 week schedule, rotating between day and night shifts. This didn't deter Cam as he became available around the clock for me. Ive talked to him after 10, and although I know I was the last voice he wanted to hear in that moment, he never showed it in his tone. He treated me like I was his only client. I can't ask for more than that, and still, he gave me much more as he made the home buying process easy to understand. He was straight forward and never misled or gaslit me during this entire process. My credit was too low when we first got in contact, he told me right away and got me on a path to fix it. When I was trying to rush the process and skip and inspection, he told me that wasn't a good idea and ultimately it helped me out in negotiations. I cannot speak enough good about Cams dedication to his craft, his professionalism, and his determination to get the job done. Cam, you were simply amazing, and as this was my first home purchase, you will always have a spot in my life. God speed brother🤝🏾.
