Jamie, Richard and the rest of the VU team worked great for us. I sometimes had serious doubts that we would be able to complete the process, just from my own circumstances and fears. Jamie tried to reassure that there will be a way forward!
The only reason why I’m saying yes to this recommendation is because I worked with Josh after the previous mortgage agent had almost ruined. The transaction and Josh was absolutely amazing and communicative.
Alex, Carly and Howard (the realtor Veterans United gave us to help in Hawaii was super amazing) . Alex was right there from the beginning and would answer any question and even questions about over issues, he helped in every aspect of the process. Carly was amazing as well, we had some trouble with e-siging and she worked for 2 days to fix the problem. Again another person who would do anything for her clients. Howard the realtor was just as amazing, up front with everything, ran all over the Big Island for us helping us find the perfect house. His words were " I'm not here to sell you a house but to help you find your house". He is truthful, honest, and humble. He did so much for us, I don't think there's enough space to write it all.
The only problems we had were Missy she wasn't so helpful with finding movers, insurance, security systems, electricity, ect... ( we had to do that ) she was supposed to be our helper in doing all that but she didn't either call us back or write us back, it wouldbe days to weeks before she would reach out. So Alex and Howard stepped up to fill those rolls. The realtor Veterans United gave us to sell our house here in Upstate NY was not helpful. We ended up using someone else, they were willing to help us and guide us through this process while we were taking care of things for the house in Hawaii. Over all I'd give Alex, Carly and Howard 5 stars but the other 2 I'd wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy.
Over all Veterans United was amazing and I'd recommend it to everyone.
I had a very unique and tough situation. I had 3 ish weeks to get out from where I was renting and into a home. After explaing to Tim my situation he told me straight up its going to be a tough road but I believe my team and I can make it happen. Long story short after 21 days of starting the process Tim and his team was able to help me close on my new home. Im very grateful for his team and their dedication to my situation. Slaton was a HUGE help when we came across a situation towards the end. He meant he was gonna make sure we were able to meet the deadline I had. The best part though my vet united team sent me a care package for my family including my fur babies and my snakes. A BIG thank you to my vet united team!
