Wanted to much information on personal accounts. Was never called or updated on our loan officer leaving or moved up in the company. I felt very stressed during the whole process. Will never use my va loan again.

I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. Josh and Matthew, I just wanted to thank you guys for all of your hard work and dedication keeping the best interest of the veteran. Both of you deserve a 10 for your continued efforts fighting for the Veteran to have a place to live. Josh went over and beyond with helping and assisting me and should be in favor of a promotion. Matthew the same very professional and should be rewarded for your services to disabled Veterans. Josh and Matthew both need a raise a paid vacation and a promotion! I can’t say enough about Josh because we need more people like him. Years ago I was homeless living in a hotel. Josh was working back then to get me qualified. Time goes by my situation gets even worse but Josh stayed in contact and never stopped fighting. It had really gotten down bad for me at one point I had all ready given up and was tired of living. Then one day Josh called me and said let’s get you off the street and into a house.
