Jackson and his team were amazing throughout the complete process. From day one, Jackson explained everything in detail and set the expectations. He would reach out and update me during the process and he was easily reachable for any questions or concerns. Phoebe reached out day one as well and went over the resources available and stayed in contact with me and repeatedly checked in with me to make sure I didn't need any additional resources or support. Amanda made sure to quickly update me if there were any additional paperwork I needed to submit. It was a pleasure to have them assist me during the homebuying process. I would definitely recommend to others in a heartbeat and hope to work with them in the future.

More expensive then competition and the fees that stack up are kind of annoying. JOSH AND THE TEAM ARE GREAT. But all in all my response is not a reflection of thier efforts.

I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. I was super anxious and lost at the beginning and they held my hand at each step. With their insurance brokerage, I found cheaper auto, home, and flood insurance.
Always attentive, always matched any banks rate, smooth process, overall great team and kender. Will use again!!!!

Veterans United was amazing! I know a lot of people get worried about using a VA home loan, even my realtor was skeptical. That being said going through the process with Veterans United was beyond easy and my realtor was beyond happy with the communication and efficiency Veterans United brought to the table. The app was very easy to navigate and the staff was amazing. Tansee was excellent and knowledgeable at every step and I would highly recommend her as a loan officer to anyone I speak with!
