⭐ 1 star — Deeply disappointing experienceVeterans United started with warm communication and reassuring promises, but as our closing progressed, we felt increasingly dismissed. Repeated delays, changing closing dates, and rising costs caused unnecessary stress, extra expenses, and lost PTO.My husband is a disabled veteran, and this process took a serious emotional toll on our family. We trusted the assurances that everything was ready, only to face more problems and uncertainty.We asked management to address our experience and cover our first mortgage payment. We still have no clear decision. Jonathan has responded, but those responses have not resulted in a resolution, and we have received no meaningful apology.They removed some fees, but in our view, those fees arose from problems they created themselves. That does not make up for the money, time, and peace of mind we lost.We were left feeling embarrassed and foolish for trusting them. We deserved clear communication, accountability, and respectful treatment. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Veterans United.
