Had a few twists and turns, during the loan process, a lot of questions regarding VA loan applications and possible VA loan bylaws regarding getting a VA loan while having an existing VA and also learning about an IRRRL loan for Veterans. I started last year researching how to refinance my house. I appreciated David because he did not pressure me in the early stages of this refinancing process. I put it off for a few months and I did not get hassled for the delay. I also spoke to Kristy during David's absence and she had such a sweet and gentle voice during my fears of refinancing. I decided than that I did not need to search any further.

My overall experience was great unfortunately there was a little bit of confusion within the team of how to handle one closing to another one week apart I had asked the same settlement company to hold the funds and use those funds towards my new purchase simple but there were so many hands in the pie. It felt like one hand didn’t know what the other was doing. Things got a little.
