Outstanding all the way through the process of helping me with my purchase of my home.
My three-hour closing was unacceptable. There was no excuse for not have the loan amount at the closing within 15 minutes. The communication with Virginia Youngman was also poor and sometimes rude.

I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces.
