Mr. Justin Menard was simply exceptional. He made sure we understood exactly what we needed to do to complete next steps. Additionally, he went to war on our behalf given that the persons representing us had never worked on a VA loan and definitely did not understand the benefits conferred on Veterans when purchasing homes.
