We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. Our team with Veterans was outstanding! Buying our first home was very stressful, but Lisa and everyone else made it all worthwhile. When our appraisal came in low, Lisa went to bat for us, advocating for an ROV that actually was approved. Our home was then appraised at what we bought it for. I don’t think it would have if Lisa didn’t do the hard work to prove the was worth more! Additionally, she was very flexible and helpful to answer questions and come up with numbers anytime we needed her.
Lastly, my husband and I are expecting our first baby. One day, we came home to a baby gift from Lisa, Melissa, and Bianca. That kind of kindness is above and beyond. We can’t thank everyone enough!
