I was a little reluctant to reach out at first to a loan company I found with a web search, hearing about how many scam companies there are out there. but after reading a few reviews, I gave VU a shot. And I am so glad I did. They were extremely professional from start to finish, and they always kept me updated on where we were in the process. Their app and website were extremely useful for communication, sending documents, and for keeping up with everything that was pending. There was none of the hassle of dealing with a realtor who doesn't understand all the requirements of a VA loan. I will absolutely get my next refinance through them!
