This is twice we have used Veterans United. Would highly recommend their mortgage service for any VA out there. Process was quick and all on line.
We refied at a full point below the original rate. They made refi so simple we hardly had any work to do. It went smoothly and quickly. Can't say enough about the competence and willingness to ensure a great lending experience. All were great!

Veteran's United is pretty clear cut/ easy to work with but this comes at a cost. The title companies used by VU are deplortable and the closing costs max the legal limits. While I understand for profit business, I have little appreciation for such substantial profiteering as it applies to Veteran's home loans. The costs could and should be lower and the Title companies you all contract could be a step above. The next time we refinance, we are absolutly going to look at competative offers.
Amazing people to work with. Everybody you deal with is very kind and hard working. Any question you have will be answered in a timely manner and you can tell they care about their clients.
I highly recommend Veterans United they smoothly guided me through the entire process, if you're a Vet, you can bet that they will get it done.
Overall, I’m happy with the services received from VU. I would’ve preferred all documents go through my real estate agent for me to sign. It seemed like the “to do “list was never ending… I would sign one and three hours later there would be a new one.One week prior to closing, I received 20% disability compensable benefits from the VA… When I inquired about any discounts, I was told to contact state of Arizona or county….Like it was too late to ask for anything to be discounted via VU. Still unsure if I should have had any fees discounted. Overall, I’m happy and will likely use VU again.
