This is the third time that I have sought the assistance of Veterans United for my loan services. I do not have a negative thing to say. In fact I couldn’t talk enough about how outstanding they are.
Mr Daniel Perry was my main point of contact and he along with Mr Lofton were on top of everything. I was constantly informed of updates and they checked in frequently with me just to make sure I was up o date.
The system of uploading and completing everything online was brilliant and extremely fast. At any time I was able to sign in and check status on everything.
From beginning to end the process was fast thorough and complete.
With my disabilities, this type of process can be a nightmare but Mr Perry and Mr Lofton stayed right on top of it so I didn’t have to worry.
I strongly recommend Veterans United to anyone out there looking to purchase or refinance. Their knowledge, efficiency, professionalism and care makes them #1 in my book.
I would recommend Veterans United to anybody that I know that’s eligible to use them. The crew’s professionalism was so evident in the entire process. My favorite part about my loan team was how fast they responded to me. Communication efficiency was incredible. I’ll use them for the rest of my life!
