
Overall a way below average experience due to the following.1) This was my second time using VU. First was awesome. I was warned that using the main office vice a local one was gonna be painful and it was.
2) Underwriting . It seemed like it went through 10 different people. Each time it was evident they didn't look at my file or previously posted to dos as several times the info was there already.
3) Excessive amount of info to submit. Feel free to pull my to do list. I felt like I was a criminal trying to convince the judge.When I do a stream line in the future someone will have to convince me to use VU. Most likley I won't.

Everything always goes smooth with this team. I really appreciate them for the first signing and the refinancing! Thank you

A lot of work but the process was worth it

Everything went well. The only thing I would try to do going forward is getting the realtors / buyers on a call when it comes to repairs. I think explaining unskilled vs skilled repairs would be helpful to understand what and why item need repair. Then the realtors would become more and more comfortable using a VA loan for the future.

Honestly, this is my first time buying a house and I honestly can say, Joel and his team made it great for me and my wife. Joel is a very personable loan officer it was great just talking to him even if it didn’t involve loan stuff. I would definitely recommend veterans united.

The only thing I would suggest is when you inform someone they need a water test, that they need lead and some other things not always on a standard test.

Excellent service from Jon all around. I did have some communication issues between my agent, Kyle, and myself. Overall still a good experience my second time around.
