I started out just thinking I was using an app to tell me what I would be qualified for and ended up pre-qualifed to buy. Never expected such quick response. Just took off from there.
I’ve worked with Tanner for over a year and any question i’ve had no matter the time, he got back to me and truly helped me find my dream home. I can’t imagine my home buying process going as great as it did with any other team. Spencer is awesome. No matter how stressed we were or how many questions, concerns or emails we sent, he has been right there letting us know and keeping us informed through the whole process. He was in the mainland and still emailing or calling us when we needed more information. He made sure he was available to us when we needed it. He kept keeping us updated whether it’s the underwriting, getting us the numbers, or letting us know what we need to do when we need to submit things. Even when we were first looking for a lender, he kept calling or checking in which is why we picked him. He was friendly, patient and always reassured us that it’s okay. We got into our forever home thanks to him and his team. The process felt long but it was quite fast. We can’t thank him enough for all he did. He made our goal into reality.

Melissa and Holly were the best people that could have been assigned to us. They made my husband and I feel at ease with everything (especially when things got stressful with our appraisal). If we ever decide to sell and buy again I would 100% use Holly and Melissa as my buying team!
