The entire experience was great. The only complaint I have is that during the e-signing, there were a couple of times I had to sign or explain the same thing multiple times. And there were a couple of times that I needed to get a hold of my lender to answer questions and they were either in meetings or lit for the day. All in all, everything has been amazing and great.

Although it was a lengthy process because of the home being a new construction, however, I never lost confidence in their organization. True professionals!
