Veterans United was very helpful and communicative. I was directed to a very good realtor in my area who wound up becoming a family friend through the process. I’m a first time buyer and was very intimidated by the whole process. They get that, and took very good care of us. The bottom line? I bought my first home and am extremely happy! I just want to say a big thank you to the team that took care of myself and my wife and the purchase of a new home it was really stress-free. Unbelievable I actually teach business and I teach project management boy. This is a great team the way that they were able to work together and deliver all the deliverables again a big thank you I am I’ve never seen a team like this. Team was completely flexible on communications and understanding with the job I had. Couldn’t ask for better service.
The closing event didn’t go very smooth. We had to changes to some paperwork that my lawyer noticed. However, there wasn’t anybody standing by to make the changes quickly. Nolan, the loan officer for my case had to scramble to find someone. My expectation would be, there be somebody on standby that can make changes to documents or provide answers to my counselors question During the closing.
Veterans United was AWESOME. I highly recommend them to all. You will have a whole team working for you and at the ready. Their task listing makes your part so easy, they do all the heavy lifting.
